What page-range formats are supported?
A comma-separated mix of single pages and ranges, e.g. "1-5,8,10-12" — plus dedicated odd-pages and even-pages modes, and "every page separately".
What do I get when splitting into multiple outputs?

Are my files uploaded anywhere?
