FAQ

Can I start numbering from something other than 1?

Yes — set any starting number, and optionally start applying numbers from a later page (useful when a cover page shouldn't be numbered).

What formats are available?

A plain number ("1"), a labelled number ("Page 1"), and, where the total page count is known, "Page 1 of 10".

Will this affect my existing page content?

No — the page number is drawn as a new small text element in the position you choose; the rest of the page's content is untouched.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Numbers are added entirely inside your browser tab. Nothing is sent to any server.
